Sarah Mushtaq is based in New York City and currently her heart and soul are invested in the Impact Manifesto at WW.
She has previously worked as an Art Director at the Branding and marketing agency, Proverb LLC, in Boston, Massachusetts. Sarah commands extensive experience in product and brand design, and multimedia communications. Her diverse range of clients includes IBM, FreeRange Studios, Penguin Random House, Reebok, Timberland, Buzzuto Management Group and Glidden Paint.
Sarah is driven by a deep-rooted belief in the power of art and design to effect social change. This stems from her experiences as an activist in her native country of Pakistan, and her time as a student at the Massachusetts College of Art. She believes that it is of vital importance, especially this day in age, that society is able to access information regarding its politics, culture, and environment with a heightened sense of awareness and clarity.
The strength of any visual narrative resides in both its unique telling and engaging clarity and Sarah makes a concerted effort to infuse all her work with these qualities.
When she isn't busy pondering the impacts of modern technology and design, Sarah can be found meditating on the miracle that is life, practicing and teaching Yoga, getting her groove on at concerts or festivals, traveling, collecting rocks and crystals, rooting for the Seattle Seahawks, or chasing after her best pals and faithful pups, Kennedy & Healer.
